The West-Flo Kitchen is a commissary that offers an affordable shared commercial kitchen for caterers and food truck operators to prepare their food.  As a commissary, the West-Flo Kitchen is a place to help chefs and entrepreneurs build their business. The West-Flo Kitchen is an approved facility that is certified by the health department of the City of St. Louis.

The West-Flo Kitchen has a commercial kitchen available for rent with cold and dry storage spaces available.  We have internet access, camera surveillance, personalized and secure keyless entry, and updated appliances (dishwasher, ice maker, stove, oven, and fryer). Our space is available for food service entrepreneurs in need of a place to prepare food, cleanup and dispose of refuse.
